New Ways to Experience Garlic

Black garlic is not grown as a different variety of garlic but rather is aged and heat-treated to create a sort of chemical-free fermentation. The Maillard reaction that changes white garlic to black turns the spice of garlic (allicin) into a unique sweet and savoury combination, giving you the robust taste of garlic with a sweeter and creamier edge and texture.

We make our balsamic vinegar with black garlic to bring out new notes of flavour that will only serve to enhance your recipes and amaze your taste buds. It is sweet, tangy, and perfect for giving your recipes a zip that will leave everyone begging for more. We use this balsamic vinegar reduction to create our black garlic balsamic glaze by adding only honey. There is no thickener or artificial sweetener in our black garlic balsamic glaze.

Better Taste, Better Health

If the great taste wasn’t enough, black garlic is even richer in the health-boosting compounds and vitamins garlic is known for. Antioxidants help fight aging by reducing free radicals. At the same time, the vitamins and compounds in black garlic provide cancer-fighting immune system support, can help lower cholesterol and regulate insulin, and are rich in protein to give you the strength to get out there and get things done.

Try boosting your recipes with black garlic, and you can experience the incredible taste and health benefits with every bite—we promise you won’t want to go back!
