We Know & Care for Garlic
Our mission is to empower our community to nourish their bodies and the environment through regenerative farming and to provide the highest quality of fresh, nutrient-dense, locally grown, organic vegetables.
We are dedicated to using methods that restore our soil and promote long-term environmental health, such as avoiding the use of pesticides and herbicides and using weeds to return nutrients taken from our soil.
By fostering a mutually beneficial relationship with nature, we are committed to creating a healthier and more sustainable future for our community.
Our practices ensure that our specialty - garlic and tomatoes - are grown without synthetic inputs and with the health of the land, people and animals in mind.
We use cover crops, green manures and natural composting to maintain soil fertility and health. We also use crop rotations and careful management of our land to ensure that our soil is never overworked.
Our practices are designed to not only ensure the health of our land and food but also to promote the health and well-being of the surrounding ecosystem.
